Return and Refund Policy

Broken or faulty product: If your product arrives broken or faulty, we can exchange it.

Late delivery: If your order arrives later than the delivery date given at purchase, we can issue a refund for the product and collect it back from you.

Report within 10 days: Please report any issue within 10 days of delivery.

Original box and all parts: The product must be returned in its original box with all parts included in the original purchase. Missing parts may lead to your refund or exchange request being rejected.
